You could try going through the NCDC (http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/) or Univ. of Wisconsin (http://www.ssec.wisc.edu/data/) for satellite imagery, or use the GOES Browser tool at http://cdo.ncdc.noaa.gov/GOESBrowser/goesbrowser for non-floater imagery from the 1996-2003 seasons, but other than that, I'm not sure there's an archive of the floater data around.

Past Atlantic, and Pacific Storms

This sight offers both satellite, and usually has doppler images loops of landfalling storms.

This sight even includes doppler image loops from Charley, Frances, Ivan, and Jeanne.
