FrancesContinuesToStrengthen

The latest reports from Frances are that its winds have increased to 120 mph, and since it is still over open water, it will probably intensify further into a Category 4 storm in a day or two. I now believe it will make landfall either in the Florida Keys or the southern most panhandle. I think its winds will probably reach at least 135 mph, 140 mph at the most. It is taking its time.
