Max sustained: 105 mph

Rosa is starting to cross cooler waters and is interacting with some stable air from her west to northwest and increasing shear. These will likely begin weakening the tropical cyclone into landfalls, but Rosa is going to be a heavy rain-maker for the southwestern U.S. and Baja peninsula.
