Sarasoto, 21:25, barometer - 29.87 steady. Have had only four or five wind gusts, maybe up to 35 mph over the past three days. Heavy rain today, dissipated quickly. I'm about four miles from the beach in north Sarasota.
This is quite unnerving considering the radar and recent forecasts.
