Well defined low level center just offshore the central South Carolina coast is drifting east southeastward. With main convection displaced well to the east of the center, this one looks more subtropical at the moment. Still too early to tell whether this one will spin up or not and where it will eventually go. A large anticyclonic loop is one possibility.
