AN AIR FORCE HURRICANE HUNTER PLANE INVESTIGATING THE TROPICAL WAVE
APPROACHING THE SOUTHERN WINDWARD ISLANDS FOUND THAT A SMALL 25 TO
30 MPH CLOSED CIRCULATION HAS DEVELOPED JUST SOUTHEAST OF TRINIDAD.
