Gray Lowers Numbers

Dr. Gray lowered his numbers once again to:

11 named storms
6 Hurricanes
2 Intense Hurricanes


This is a mistake - It will be above average - Steve H.
I'm figuring 14/9/3
Lower SSTs than anticipated will not affect an above average season IMO. If El Nino comes on it will be a factor, but I believe it won't be that strong.
