SEEMS TO ME THAT NO ONE IS QUITE SURE HOW THIS RIDGE IS GOING TO INTERACT WITH FRANCES UNTIL IT ACTUALLY OCCURS. ALL THIS TECHNOLOGY AND STILL 400+ MILES FOR ERROR
