FIT will be far better off than the IRCC. Have him stay put and "hunker down"

Sorry - far better off is probably the wrong choice of words.

FIT is inland a good amount and has plenty of property surrounding it - solid construction.

IRCC is inland but there's a lot of open area surrounding it - making it more prone to wind effects.

He won't really be better or worse off either way.
