eep!

After we had a downburst (80 mph+ wind) w/ hail go thru here in '02 ... I spent months listening to people all over our neighborhood getting their roofs and fences replaced. 7 am to dark... every day. Thought I'd lose my mind! And the chainsaws cutting up all the fallen trees! Ick.

We didn't lose power during that - but we lost power in intervals all night as they turned off the grid to add people back on...

I was out driving in it... thought it was a tornado. Long story, wrong forum

But not meaning to go OT... I sure feel for anyone dealing with the aftermath of Jeanne and her older siblings...
