That ULL is backing SW into that general area (Caribbean). That should pull out that cloud/rain swirl into a favorable area of development. It will be a couple days before anything significant happens though.... Also the african wave might make it to the leeward islands; squeeze one last system out of the CV area, that might have a chance of developing too but again later not now. I heard JB metion some artic air coming down, and the possibilty of it tapping into a cold pool of artic air. Already, wow this is going to be some winter.
