Two observations, both related

First, after two days in a row of unrelenting extremely high shear, this is what 93's wind profile still looked like, even tonight. 93 has been fighting off this shear something fierce - a lot like Chris, before he finally died over Cuba once and for all. Given the refusal of the llc to poof away just yet, it certainly seems conceivable that if within 24-48 hours shear eases up quite a bit, 93 may make another run for it while over those warm GS waters (assuming the vortex is still there)

Secondly, 93 was a depression, already, imho. *grumble grumble*
