I'm expecting the NHC to cancel the RECON for 94L...not seeing anything that would cause them to go ahead with the scheduled flight. Looks like the sheer as well as the timing will prohibit 94L from being able to do anything. Hopefully it will provide some parts of the SE with much needed rainfall.
