Active tropical convective flareup with a weak mid-level circulation near 19N 94W at 22/17Z. Upper level high pressure and westerlies enhancing outflow to the east...but...moderate wind shear below 25N is forecast to become strong by Monday evening. Convective area should weaken as it moves to the east and east northeast and development is not expected.
