One line posts run a high percentage of being sent to the grave yard.
Consistant abuse of the one line posts or posting to another user (chatting) will result in probation.

If another user annoys you with their post. Use the ignore button or skip over their post. Do not use the MOD Alert button simply because it may be slightly off topic.
Mods may already be in contact with the person you are Alerting on.
