Karl Pressure rise

If there is anything that might lessen the blow that the Veracruz area is about to receive is a pressure rise. And that has occured twice this morning. The EYE is 10 miles diameter and that would be somehat akin to Hurricane Charley in 2004. Small Eye and High windspeed in a small area.

Rainfall after the eye passes will be tremendous and that rain will become much greater once Karl begins his trek over the mountains of Mexico.
Tremendous loss of life is a probability.
