Re: Dorian In the Atlantic (Less) Likely Florida Bound

AF308 Mission #25 into Dorian just found a mean 135 KTS in the lowest 150 meters when penetrating the NE eyewall.

NOAA2 Mission #26 just found a mean 143 KTS in the lowest 150 meters in the NE eyewall.

Taken together, these could support an upgrade to Cat 5 very soon.
