Do Relatives in Texas need to evacuate???

Hi,

My Grams lives in Paris Texas, it's about 250 miles from the Houston coast, near the red river/louisianna boarder. I'm trying to figure out if we need to drive from FL to go evacuate her. What will the wind's be by the time the storm reaches her? I'm also worried about rain/flooding. Is there any way to determine how much rainfall she will recieve by the time the storm reaches her? Will tornado's be bad on the east side of the storm, that far inland? Any help/info is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Edit - Here is a link where you can follow the suggested plan of action for that area and get a general feel for anticipated conditions.
