Tropical Depression Seven

The newly formed Tropical Depression Seven, seems to be quite a system. It is very small, compact and because of it's size it has the chance to become stronger very fast (in 48 hours), it also has a very well defined circulation. While I'm talking about the Eastern Pacific, it's seems there is another system to talk about, the remmants of Earl are back and are strengthing and organizing very fast, it could become a depression later today. This system could have a chance of affecting Baja California in the upcoming days, and because it is forming pretty far south it has the chance to become a major hurricane, which it would be the first.
