Dr Gray's verification report for the 2003 season

http://hurricane.atmos.colostate.edu/forecasts/2003/nov2003/

It is a long report that you may have to read slowly because it explains all of what happened and not happened during the 2003 season and the doc is very happy with his forecast this year.

Re: Dr Gray's verification report for the 2003 season

Thanks for posting the link, Cycloneye. Interesting reading to say the least. Will be awaiting that December 5 prediction for 2004 season. One early guess (which I hope DOESN'T verify): One MAJOR US landfalling hurricane for 2004. We've had only 3 since 1995 (Bret '99, Opal '95 & Fran '96). Statistically, we're due. Better start crankin' up the dynagel.
