Area of Interest - East of Windward Islands

Small but active tropical wave near 11N 54W at 09/21Z moving west at 10mph. Future movement should be to the west or west northwest at a slightly slower speed. Wave will encounter some light northerly upper shear in about 24 hours. The system should pulse up in the early evening and pulse down in the early morning for the next couple of days with just a small chance that this system will become a tropical depression in a couple of days. We are into the time of the season when baroclinically induced hybrids have a better chance for development.
