Invest 91L has slowly become better organized today and a low to mid level circulation is now evident near 14.2N 47W at 05/21Z moving to the west northwest at about 10mph. Convection near the developing center is still sporadic, but windshear should remain light through Wednesday evening. The system should move to the northwest and start to encounter northwesterly windshear as it nears the northern Leeward Islands. SST is 28C.
