I am a Katrina survivor from Biloxi, Mississippi. I have major roof and interior damage, but I still have 4 walls enclosing a slab...which makes me EXTREMLY BLESSED! Those of you in Florida are also veterans of many a hurricane! Has any one of you ever seen a storm take such a sharp turn to the right? I have seen them wobble, do loops, and stall and tease their victims. But I have never seen any storm make such a drastic change in direction!'

Well I believe as the second troph comes in I predict Hurricane Wilma to make a category 2 to possibly 3 hurricane landfall in between Fort. Myers and Tampa. Then exiting around Melbourne before a 1 2 punch for New England. Im a very good hurricane tracker. Before Rita became a hurricane I predicted for it to become a massive Category 5 storm. I was also right on Charleys dramatic turn last year. So right now i am in agreement with my track. Also by the 8:00 p.m. models, are now shifting north towards my track! pz

How hilarious. The Upper level high that was circulating over North Alabama with it's axis in upper Tennessee has started to shift North and East. Wilma, like Katrina should follow the back side of the UL High and get pushed by the trough dipping into the South. This should bring landfall somewhere between Mobile, AL and Destin, Fl.

I am sticking with the Ft. Myers prediction even with the latest data.

I also predict the Chiefs will win tomorrow night by 4.

'My guess is between Sarasota and South Punta Gorda. Oh man! I hope that I didn't just curse all of us here. I live in Sarasota!
Needless to say, we are DEFINETELY evacuating to Orlando - we could always head North from there, but had to make a reservation.

How dare you use the string created by a Pittsburgh boy (native of Bethel Park) to cheer on those Pats. May they be washed out to sea when the damns burst .

Hey I am a native Bethel Park girl. You don't hear of to many people being from there at least down here in FL

Hey Tampa118!

That's too funny you also being from Bethel and showing up on this BB.

I was just in Bethel two weeks ago helping my mother move from Summit St (off of Broad St which leads to the high school) to Friendship Village in USC.

I went to Danny's ParkView Pizza three times! Can't get enough of those Italian hoagies.

I'm an alumni of BP High School, The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and Slippery Rock.

I love Tampa. Nice city. I was there for the first time when I ran the Bank of America marathon (Gasparilla) last Feb. Probably will run it agian this year.

If your into waterskiing and wakeboarding, I live on the Clermont Chain of Lakes (Clermont, Fl). Gimme a holler sometime.

My wife is from Johnstown, also an alumni of Slippery Rock.
