COMPS C-13 reported wind of 21.37kts 074* true. This buoy is located at 26° 03.475' N 083° 04.793' W

in lamens terms this has become a bigger, stronger, and slightly more northerly than predicted storm right? I hope we fare well here in Manatee County.
