Charlie re-deux?

Of course a tropical depression in this area does not a Charlie make, however.....)
the media blitz has been how much more extreme all the weather is in the last 2 years so it is not out of the realm of possibility in my mind. I am praying the wind shear and the other storm busting criteria stay in place.
