Ernesto Nearly Exiting Cuba

Sorry for a change of subject but Ernesto has been a pain since day one so I thought why we wait for the new NHC forecast I might bring up a new area of intrest. This tropical wave has a lot of dry air around it but some web sites say this may get going in a few days. ?????
