First Cape verde Deppression?
      #75673 - Mon Jul 02 2007 09:41 AM

GFS and CMC indictate a deppression forming out of what is now a closed low pressure system in the central Atlantic, Everything is perfect for an invest but lacking one thing.... convection. Maybe if this builds, it can develop. Shear is 5-10 knots.. perfect for development and it's light through it's possible path with the exception of 20 knots near the islands. I think it's time to watch the cape verde waves now.

to early for Cape Verde?

(A caution to try and avoid one-line posts. In this case, HanKFranK had already discussed this possibility on the Main Page article.)
