Area of Interest - Invest 97L Near Bermuda
      #95320 - Mon Sep 29 2014 10:24 AM

At 29/12Z an upper level cutoff low (Invest 97L) was located near Bermuda at 32.4N 65.2W with surface winds of 30 knots and a pressure of 1008MB. The low is moving to the north northwest at 3 knots and the system has a chance for additional development into a subtropical low. SSTs are at 28C. The system is located in an area of moderate northerly windshear but the shear is likely to weaken in the next 24 hours. The system should move slowly to the north and then northeast under the influence of a frontal zone moving off the east coast of the United States.

At 29/13Z Hamilton, Bermuda, reported a waterspout 4km to the east moving to the north.
