RAIN FELL BETWEEN 8 AM AND 3 PM AT THE BABCOCK ROAD
MAINTENANCE YARD.

STREETS FLOODED IN PALM BAY. PALM BAY POLICE AND FIRE
DEPARTMENTS ALSO REPORTS SEVERAL ROAD CLOSURES. SEVERAL
PICTURES ON SOCIAL MEDIA ALSO SHOW A FEW CARS DISABLED
DUE TO DRIVING IN FLOODED AREAS.

PALM BAY POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS AMERICANA BLVD IS
CLOSED BETWEEN CONOVER AVENUE AND DINNER STREET DUE TO
FLOODING.

At 3PM Bettye and I were driving between Melbourne City Hall and Wickham Road - with up to 6 inches of water on Route 192. Some locations in Palm Bay had 2 feet of water with floodwaters entering some homes.
