I think it will be a Category 4 because if can get strong so quickly,I will say it can become an even more powerful hurricane,despite the eyewall replacement cycle.

I say a mid Cat three. Since still stays Cat 4 right now and it is moving along the coast rather thang tearing through the mainland. The weaknening shouldn't be significant.
