In looking at the 2 storms, Andrew didn't even become a hurricane until He reached 26n 62w then he exploded. Fabian on the other hand has developed much earlier and will hopefully burn himself out before reach FL. Those on the Islands will have to worry some. The only other similarity is the early season storm, which happened on the same dates!!!
