Swell should start to fill in here ( Cocoa Beach) by late Thursday afternoon.
Thinking it will be in the 6-8 foot swell range with about 12-14swell second period. As long as it makes 'the turn' things should go as scheduled .
Further west it gets the Bhamas may block it up here a bit briefly and thereafter the swell period drops to about 10 seconds due to it being closer to Florida
As long as it hits that 25n 65w area we should be ok as far as swell goes for the Space Coast. The fetch on this storm isnt all that long and te wind field isnt all that large when compared to other large swell making 'canes in the past. So we really need to see that latitude climb.
