VERY WEAK RADAR EYE PRESENTATION ----remarks, aircraft is USAF 866, 2113 Z is the time of transmission, this is the 15th observation of isabel in this flight, max flight level wind so far in this mission was 115kts in the ne quad at 1503z, Weak eye rep is self explainatory.
