MEANWHILE ACROSS THE TROPICAL ATLANTIC...THE MODELS FORECAST A RIDGE TO BUILD WEST INTO THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN THROUGH 36-42 HRS...TO EXTEND AS FAR WEST AS 70W BY 72 HRS. THE RIDGE WILL PROVIDE THE STEERING FLOW AND OUTFLOW IN SUPPORT OF DEEP CONVECTION IN ASSOCIATION WITH HURRICANE FRANCES.
