AT 923 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE A THUNDERSTORM...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS NEAR 35 KNOTS... ABOUT 24 MILES SOUTH OF RAMROD KEY...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH.
CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR WATERSPOUTS TO FORM IN THE WARNING AREA.
