I think the global warming issue is so obscure to most citizens that they do not understand how it will affect them. I compare global warming to making ice cream home made style. In order to freeze the ice cream, you have to do a slow melt to get the ice to give off its cold in order to freeze the water in the ice cream ingredients. If the polar ice caps are melting, then we will have a lot of cold air meeting with a lot of warm air and throwing the winds up there to the Katrina style storms. Where the temperatures meet each other is where the people or fishes will feel the storms. So, I know that Florida had one of the warmest winters I remember going through in a long time, but here at the end of it all we have had some 62 degree mornings in the beginning of May, and I have truly not felt hot yet. So, I am starting to wonder if the warm air from the Caribbean might meet up with cooler air over GA, Ala. Florida and S. Carolina this year bring us our Katrina style storm, on its way to the Northeast to torture New York. Somebody had better put the thermostat down another notch at the Polar ice Cap manufacturing plant!
