I am in Litchfield Beach, SC this week (just south of Myrtle Beach). Nice little low pushed offshore (but not far enough to produce waves around here). I know it's a cutoff low, but it has the look of something that could spin up. Water temps are probably too cool though. You can definately tell that it is not a tropical low because the humidity is low for this time of year. Dew point is in the upper 50s! Good looking spin on radar.
