Well, they say everything is about Location and trust me Guppie Grouper... from this location you would know something is out there. Miami is layered in rain clouds and tropical rainy feeling.
I agree with Hugh though. This has the potential for wierdness.
If the system is so low in the atmosphere and it slowly follows the ULL and ignores the trof when the shear lessens, if it lessens.. you might have a developing TS in the middle of the Gulf not following the NE path across Florida. Something to think on as a possibility. Or it could fall apart but that circulation looks quite together even though it is missing most of the weather sitting over Southern Florida and Cuba.
