Like LoisCane said it all depends on where you are compared to these out bands. We had a pretty strong rain band push thru my area (NW of Ft. Lauderdale) about 8AM - and it was VERY tropical: winds blowing out of the east @ 20 mph and heavy rain. The power even went out for about 20 mintues! Here is data from a near by personal weather station: http://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.asp?ID=KFLMARGA4 note the spikes around 8AM
TD#1 is further west then I expected it to be, but since all the weather is on the east side due to the shear it doesn't look like it's going to spin up any time soon.
