Well dry air over the gulf and shear continue to hamper Alberto.....there always has been winds since Friday morning of 40-50mph in T-storms but there was no well defined circulation.....otherwise with a pressure yesterday and last night of 1003mb it could of been Alberto Anyways I agree 100% with the NHC on track...slow turn to the N and then move NE later tonight into Monday.....might even move more ENE at times near 60dg towards the Fl coast.......also expect Alberto to strengthen slightly later tonight into Monday due to him moving in tandam with the shear and ssts near 82-84dg. After crossing FL....he will move NE and become extratropical but could reach hurricane status later Tuesday before doing so....but its 50-50 chance on that right now...... Right now for Florida expect heavy rains along the SW coast spreading into Central florida later today and through 36 hrs across the state....Winds maybe up to 50mph near the SE side of where the center make landfall Monday night or Tuesday and isolated Tornados in squalls.....
