Yes.. the other day they said shear would lessen and it didn't really. Now it is predicted to strengthen.
We are talking predictions and as much as we rely on them .. they are predictions.
Weather is very fluid.
Keep in mind that the weather is on the east and South side of this and if it follows the track.. Tampa is going to get hit by one big flooding event at best.
If and when it does something..warnings will be posted.
