One of our local mets referred to 90L early Saturday morning (a 24 hr news channel) as "the upper level low" which was going to become nothing, but give Florida some rain. Man.
This was a perfect example why I started an indie weather journal putting out local weather forecasts that have some weather IQ behind them, and why I support sites such as this.
