Heh, I just drove back from Atlanta tonight to find this.
So, Looking at the nighttime sat loop, Color me mildly concerned, but it looks like the circulation jumped NE rather dramaticly over the last 3hours (1am to 4am)
Just something that seems to have caught my eye. Eyeballing the possible center right at the edge of the convection, around 26.5N 87W roughly.
Morning should be interesting to see if the convection is sustained and continues to creep closer to the center. (which had looked very SSW - NNE elongated, but as I mention, looks much more together...
