93L has two weak low pressure systems running in tandam over the last 3 days...1 is near 13.5N and 59.5W and another is near 10.8N and 60.2W this is has T-storms over the center and will be used as more of the dominite 2.... overall though..its encountering shear from the upperlow just N of Puerto Rico......by time it gets near Jamaica..it could find itself in a better enviroment..but currently expect the shear to win out unless the upper low enhances heavier activity near the center.
