i kind could see where 97 was trying to spinn today.... if you look close enough... you may seen a spinn...can't really tell if its mid level or lower level....one thing is for sure its weaker than it was earlier today....kinda looks like an ULL is trying to form north of PR. Well now that the EPAC is off and running...its not to far later that the Atlantic tries to pop up...

See that NASA is doing research in the Cape Verde Islands next month.... NAMMA 2006 looks real interesting....
