Quote: Chris's dry air surrounding should start leaving in the next 6-8hrs as moist air in the midlevels in streaming WSW behind Chris...it should over run him tonight....I expect the pressure of 1012 to slowly drop and if there is enough energy in the LLC...expect a resurgence later tonight.....winds might be back to 50mph tomorrow......path looks still like N coast of Cuba- extreme south florida as the flow is mainly 280dg.
I was thinking some of the same ideas not generally if the fact that the moisture will return not tonight but maybe in once he is N of Cuba.I was thinking along the lines that since everything with Chris is now low level the upper atmospere will only provide an obstacle in the short term. The ULL to the NW should be moved out by then and maybe an enviroment more conducive for development. This region in and around Cuba whether N or S of it has been unstable lately.Chris LLC has been tenacious for a while now and really looks healthy now.I also believe that he will not cross any land masses on the journey seeing that is all he is is at the surface he will bounce off of them.I might be way off just some thoughts.
