Hmmm.. Best I can tell right now, it's deja vu. Convection is getting shoved off to the SSW while the LLC is tracking just north of west, or perhaps WNW. I'll put my odds at a generous 33% of there being any convection worth speaking of left near the center by daybreak.
It will be interesting if Chris can keep this up for the better part of a few days until he gets (maaaybe) into the GOM. I mean, if he can continue to force NHC's hand at keeping him a TS - really always walking that tightrope between TD and TS, at least.. then something really does need to be said more than ever of his tenacity, which, once in the GOM(?), perhaps then the gloves may come off of Chris once and for all.
