ya beat me to the punch with that one... Just as a counterpoint, with the storm moving so fast, there still may not be a closed LLC. And that uncertainty may give the NHC enough pause to hold off on upgrading until recon can verify the system.
Otherwise, you're dead on, if the system maintains that nice ball of convection for the night, I'd be shocked if recon didn't find a LLC in that mass.
