It appears that this system has decided to really get its act together quite rapidly. Chad Myers on CNN a few minutes ago said he had his Inbox open, expecting at any time to receive an e-mail from NHC upgrading TD Five to Ernesto.
It will be interesting to see how strong they think it is, whenever they do issue the special advisory. I assume the first recon of the day is not due until this afternoon, but surely they won't wait that long when all signs point to not even a borderline T.S., but a strong one.
