The system as a whole looks much better than it did yesterday, but they aren't going to upgrade it when it is unclear whether there is a well-defined LLC. They had a real hard time finding one yesterday with the recon mission and if it is in the process of reorganizing, it may (temporarily) not even meet the criteria for being a tropical cyclone. Shear seems to have relaxed a little bit over the system, though, so it has the look of something that is going to get its act together fairly soon.
If there is a LLC, I still think it is a little south and east of where the offical advisory position places it.
